Summary
Responsible for supporting and maintaining the overall direction and coordination of the clinical products business units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work closely with Marketing and Marcomm Managers, and Sales to implement the overall product & business plans.
Develop and coordinate Programs, Promotions, and Campaigns for external customers and Field Sales.
Use appropriate tools including advertising, e-mail campaigns, websites, social media, and collateral and coordinate with corresponding resources
Mine CRM, SalesTracker, GHX and other databases to target customers and track results.
Develop collateral material including brochures, white papers, and sales aids targeting external customers and Field Sales as stand-alone items and integrated into other media including website and tradeshows.
Coordinate with Marcomm on tradeshow Branding, Messaging, and Promotions and track results through lead closure.
Develop and update spreadsheets and analytical tools to monitor programs, promotions, and campaigns.
Identify internal and external customer requirements based on actual customer interaction.
Identify situations that require further assistance and process through appropriate channels.
Delegate necessary tasks to Marketing Coordinators, Customer Service, and Receptionist as necessary.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor`s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years experience in branding, messaging and communicating to customers and Sales teams through a variety of media.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Access and publishing/graphics software. Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
